Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please email karabykarina@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line so we can quickly locate your order and assist you.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before requesting a return.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
